Q: How long can I occupy my storage unit? 
A: From as little as two weeks to as long as you need.

Q: I want to use the storage long term, but I’m worried it will be too expensive.  Can you help? 
A: Yes, we offer discounts for long-term storage.  Contact us for more details.

Q: Is the storage unit clean and dry? 
A: Yes, come and look for yourself – you may choose your own storage unit!

Q: What about security? 
A: Our facilities are protected by CCTV cameras, intruder and smoke alarms.

Q: Surely there must be hidden costs for all this? 
A: No, unlike many of our competitors we do not have additional charges.

Q: I need some packing materials. Can you help? 
A: Yes, our shop stocks a wide range of packing materials.

Q: How is the unit secured? 
A: With a padlock.   Bring your own or purchase one here.

Q: When may I access my unit?
A: You have unlimited free access during our long opening hours.

Q: I have some large boxes.   Do you have anything to help me move them? 
A: Yes, we have a range of trolleys and sack barrows available free of charge.   At Dover there is a fork-lift truck available (conditions apply).

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can and can’t store? 
A: Understandably, we do not allow you to store perishable, dangerous, highly inflammable, volatile, toxic, noxious or illegal goods.  If you have any queries please contact us.

Q: I have a fridge and freezer.   How do I prepare them for storage? 
A: Make sure they have been thoroughly defrosted and are clean and dry and store them with the doors ajar.
